Our rack end protection kits are made in the USA.

Our end of aisle rack protector kits have 2 post protectors that are connected together by our C4 rack end rub rail creating an incredibly strong protector to go on the end of your pallet rack rows or tunnel aisles.

The end rails bolt directly to the side of the post protectors with ½” x ¾” or 1.25” long flanged bolts and flanged nuts for secure attachment.

Our most common end rails are 36” long, 42” long, 48” long and 96” long, but we make them to any specs under 8’ long.

Our rack end protection kits are very easy to install. We anchor the post protectors around the front and back column of the upright frame with 4 of the ½” x 3.75” long concrete wedge anchor bolts. Then, we attach the end rail to the side of the post protectors through the predrilled holes on the post protectors and the end rails.

The end rails are slotted to give about 2” adjustability. The most common end of aisle rack protection kits on the market are ones that mount to the floor and only come up about 6” high with an angle rail. Ours mounts directly to the post protectors and mounts 12” or 18” high depending on which post protector used thereby taking the brunt of most forklift damage.

We have rack end protection kits that have been installed for over 2 years now and have 100% protected the uprights on the ends of these pallet rack rows. Our rack end protection kits can be completely customized to fit any warehouse safety needs.

We can do double rail protection and any length and size needed. We even have a rack end protection kit for uprights with seismic footplates.

The most common rack end protection kits are for 36” deep uprights, 42” deep uprights, and 48” deep uprights. We also do a 96” rack end protection kit that uses 2 post protectors and one end rail that is 8’ long to fit a back to back row with (2) 42” deep uprights with a 12” row spacer.
