Our double high industrial safety steel guardrail uses 42" high posts and accepts 2 rails per section. All posts have inserts on all 4 sideds to accept rails on all 4 sides of the post to provid maximum versatility. Heavy duty posts are 4.75" x 4.75" x 3/16" thick steel with 10" x 10" x 1/2" thick heavy duty base plates. Each baseplate has (4) 7/8" diameter holes to accept 3/4" x 4 - 1/4" long concrete wedge anchors. Rails are 12" high x 1/8" thick double ribbed steel. Powder coated safety yellow for maximum visibility. Impact rating: 12,000 lbs. at 4 mph crash test. 2' - 10' long rails available in 1' increments.

Double high industrial guard has a 42” high post with a 10” square base plate that is anchored to the concrete with (4) ¾” x 4.25" long concrete wedge anchors. Each post has stainless steel threaded inserts on all 4 sides of the post to allow rails to be bolted in any configuration.
The rails are mounted to the posts by bolt and nut attachment in 2’ – 10’ increments with lift out style rails also available.
Double high industrial guard rail columns are 42" high. All columns are 4.75" square high strength steel wall with black plastic top caps. A popular option is using lift out cuff brackets to the guard rail system. The cuff brackets bolt directly to the posts. The rails simple drop into the brackets. When you need to access the area, you can simply lift out the rails.
Columns are universal style to accept straight or corner connections. All columns have a 10" square x 1/2" thick steel base plate with (4) 7/8" diameter anchor holes. 3/4" x 4.25" long concrete wedge type anchors included with columns.
Rails are 12" high x 1/8" thick tensile steel formed into a two rib corrugated design. Rails mount to column with 1/2" x 1" long x Grade 5 bolts included with rails.

Safety Gates can be directly mounted to guard rail double and triple high posts in 3' wide and 4' wide spring loaded swing gates. Guard rail lengths . The lengths are center to center of columns. Rated to withstand impact of 10,000 - 12,000 lbs. load at 4 mph.
