Most in stock pallet rack systems ship via LTL trucking, dedicated flatbed trucks, or customer pick up.

In stock pallet rack systems are commonly bundled together in uprights, beams, wire decks, and post protectors.

The uprights will be stacked side by side with the depth of the upright being in the vertical dimension, so if you have a 42” deep upright, then uprights will be bundled 42” high x the length of the uprights. Up to 15 – 18 uprights per bundle strapped together by steel strapping.

Beams are stacked and bundled together on a pallet or 4 x 4 lumber in order to get forks under the beams and strapped with ½” or ¾” steel strapping. Typically, up to 63 beams are in a bundle depending on the size of the beams.

Wire decks are stacked and strapped on a 40” x 48” pallet—usually 40 decks per pallet, but we sometimes go as high as 98 decks per pallet.
